3. Candidate Obligations & Document Authenticity
Candidates must adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics:
- Accuracy & Authenticity: You warrant that all academic degrees, mark sheets, registration certificates, Good Standing Certificates, experience documents, and identity records submitted to CoachMed are genuine, valid, and legally issued by accredited institutions.

Any candidate attempting to submit falsified records will face immediate termination of services without refund, and CoachMed reserves the right to notify relevant regulatory bodies.
- Timely Cooperation: Candidates are responsible for providing requested documents, authorizations, and information in a timely manner to prevent processing delays.
4. Regulatory Health Authorities & Exam Outcomes
Please note the distinct role of regulatory bodies:
- Independent Regulators: Examination scheduling, regulatory criteria, document verification outcomes (DataFlow), and final professional license issuance are solely determined by independent statutory bodies (such as DHA, DOH, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, and NHRA) and third-party testing centers (Prometric, Pearson VUE).
- No Guarantee of License Issuance: CoachMed provides rigorous academic coaching, blueprint alignment, and application support. However, we cannot and do not guarantee examination passing scores or final license approvals, as outcomes depend entirely on candidate performance and regulatory evaluations.
5. Program Fees & Payments
Candidates agree to the following financial terms:
- All coaching and service fees are communicated clearly prior to enrollment and must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule.
- Government statutory fees, DataFlow verification fees, Prometric exam seat fees, courier costs, and embassy stamping charges are separate disbursements paid directly to the respective authorities or collected on their behalf.
- Coaching fees are non-refundable once batch classes or study materials have commenced. Government or third-party verification fees already submitted to authorities cannot be recalled or refunded.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum materials, proprietary slide decks, question banks, clinical case studies, video lectures, and website design elements provided by CoachMed are protected by intellectual property laws. Content is licensed to enrolled candidates solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Reproduction, sharing, resale, or distribution of CoachMed study materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Third-Party Services & Timeline Fluctuations
Document attestation, Wafid clinic availability, and DataFlow verification turnaround times are subject to embassy workloads, government holidays, foreign university responses, and regulatory administrative backlogs. While CoachMed actively follows up and expedites processes, we are not liable for delays caused by external statutory bodies or foreign regulatory entities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- CoachMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from candidate exam outcomes, employment hiring decisions, visa delays, or regulatory policy amendments enacted by Gulf health authorities.
